OC Caper

Has anybody tested or reviewed the OC Caper. I am 5'6", 158lbs. I am looking for a kayak as a fishing platform and light touring. Is the Caper suitable for flush mount rod holders, or a Rhino Bar with fish/depth finder, rod holders along with all the other equipment and storage to provide a stable kayak. If you respond I am also looking at the Drifter, Malibu Pro Explorer and Cobra Explorer / Navigator If you would please give pros and cons on each given my weight, etc. and usage which would be mostly Chesapeake Bay area, inlets and water ways from the Atlantic and on a relatively mild day punching through the surf for one to one and a half miles offshore. Again I'm mainly interested in the OC Caper. Thanks Steve
