I just got some of these plastic squids from Bass Pro Shops. They are 5" long and are very real looking. I was thinking that they could be slow trolled behind the kayak. Or mabey fished on the bottem with a torpedo sinker and a dropper loop. Does anybody have any ideas on a way to rig these for fishing from a kayak? The body is hallow but you can't put a sliding egg sinker inside of it, because of the way the eyes are attached. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
