I agree with Andy on his point about weak link on added knots. I may add that with out the swivel the bait will act as natural as possible when trolled slowly. You should check the condition of the bait every once a while to make sure it is lively and free of debris and line is not twisted. Any sign if line twisting is a tell tale to change the bait or you're doing something wrong.
