Thank you for the update. That really paints a picture of what he and many others are going through. They are true professionals.
I can't imagine the pressure these mechanics, technicians and engineers have. The burden they carry when something goes wrong. It could have been a defect, faulty something, etc; if something goes wrong, they carry the emotional responsibility and weight on their shoulders.
