cartop kayak carrier

hey guys,

I am going to sell my beloved 4 runner and now I need to haul my kayak on my honda accord. Anyone ever use the Riverside Non skid foam kayak carriers or anything like that? Mainly I dont want my scupper classic fallling on the freeway. I also don't want to end up with dents from the weight and tons of scratches on my car! It's pretty cheap but man it sure looks scary! Any advice would be appreciated!
