Has anyone fished the crystal cove kelp beds or reefson their yak? If you have where did you launch from. I have gone scuba diving there many times and have seen some HUGE kelp bass and sandies and have been wanting to take my yak out down there but I read in a posting that launching small craft from state beaches is prohibited in crystal cove except at abalone point but I do not know where that is.
