catching ghost shrimp

Does anyone that fishes the Orange County area catch there own ghost shrimp? If so where do you catch them I am tired of waiting for the only bait shop close to me to open and getting on the water later than I would like to. Also can anyone tell me how long ghost shrimp will last in the fridge with a little seagrass in their container (nothing longer than 36 hours is what I plan to keep them for). Any info would be great.
