Pro Explorer or Extreme

Hi, I'm new to this site but have been reading all the useful information for couple weeks. I'm in the market for a kayak and has narrowed my choices to the pro-explorer and extreme. I will be fishing from Chesapeake bay in Maryland for Rockfish, trout, flounder, spot, croaker and etc...

Any suggestions on why I would dish out 100 more dollars for the Extreme?

I'm about 5 feet 8 inches and weight 165lbs.
