I love circles. however im a Gamakatsu guy. Ive not noticed any difference in catch rate. the thing with circles is you dont set it, you let the fish take the bait and it will slide right into the corner of his mouth. the studies ive seen and read say that circles actually increase catch rates because of the hooks shape. its less likely to slide out. i made the switch to circles about 2 years ago. i repeat, dont set the hook, the hook will set itself.
