Novice Questions

Hey Guys, Great sight. I'm new to kayak fishing and I'm hoping some of you more experienced folks could answer 2 questions for me. Wearing my 2/3mm surf wet suit out on the kayak gets very uncomfortable. What do you wear top and bottom in the winter in So.Cal? The second is about bait tank capacity. What size tank, gallon wise, do feel is large enough for the local macks/deans/smelt fishing? I have a fish 'n dive so weight, up to a point, isn't an issue. I'm not new to either paddling or fishing but, put the 2 together and I feel like I could use some advice. Thanks, MIke
